ADULT FITNESS & SOCIAL NETBALL:   (For ladies of all ages) - Every Tuesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm - no nee to worry about the weather now as from janaury to March we will now be playing INDOORS in the Main Hall (Main Centre).  This is a great alternative to going to the gym.  We do basic warm-ups & drills, varied netball skills, games and have a bit of a laugh.  Open to those who have never played netball before, haven't played in a while or just like playing netball in a social atmosphere.    For further information please  phone or email  Sue .

NETBALL SHOWCASE AFTERNOON - Sunday 18th March 2012, from 2.00pm - London & South East .  This Netball afternoon, featuring High Five Final & the U16 Regional Clash between ENGLAND U21 v WALES U21 is being held at Redbridge Sports & Leisure in their brand New Sports HALL in the Indoor Arena - Indoor Courts -  with tiered seating.  Click here for further details & a booking form.
