Can setting goals give you more energy? By James Curtin


What is the key difference between depression & waking up in the morning with so much energy that you don’t even need a coffee?

Humans are goal oriented creatures that thrive & progress from setting goals and achieving them.  Well, that’s the meaning of life done.

Unfortunately, it’s not that simple. Finding goals that stimulate you, pull you forward & get the most out of you is the hardest part. But fear not, there are ways to help you along.

It not only builds your body into the shape you’ve always wanted, but it gets you in the state of setting goals, and persisting until those goals are accomplished!
