What is Fascial Manipulation and how can it help you? by Sara Packard

WHAT IS FASCIAL MANIPULATION AND HOW CAN IT HELP YOU? BY SARA PACKARD

Excited to show the below video to you. For those of you that don’t know, I am a Certified Fascial Manipulation Specialist. There are currently only 2 of us in the UK with this qualification. This amazing treatment can help many problems but so that you can see, here is a list of just a few:

  • thyroid, diabetes mellitus, lymphatic problems, swelling in the body, circulatory issues. Immunity, iron deficiency, blood count issues, gout, cold hands or feet, too much heat in the body. skin rashes, nerve pain, neuroglia pain, dry skin, anxiety, stroke up to 5 years post, painful to lie on one side of the body, body fat uneven distribution, painful cellulitis, kidney stones, retention of urine, high blood pressure, painful urination, reoccurring cystitis, constipation, bloating, tightness in chest, difficulty breathing, vertigo, incontinence, food intolerances, hernias, ovarian cysts, bronchii, painful periods, amenorrhea, infertility, colitis, muscular pain, joint pain, difficulty moving a limb, a reoccurring problem, ie. back pain, postural problems, tinnitus, loss of taste or smell, sinusitis and many many more.

There is no age limit on who this is for and it definitely has no criteria, you don’t have to be a sports person to appreciate this.

The video you see below shows you what fascia is, what function it has in the body and also what dysfunctions can be caused when something goes wrong. It’s a great insight for those that want to know a bit more.

If you are reading this and think that this treatment could help you, then you can get in touch via the number below. I look forward to speaking with you.

I hope you enjoy the video.
