Bookings Cancellation Fees

Please note to ensure fair access to facilities for all users, the following charges are now being applied to those who fail to adhere to the standard bookings terms and conditions:

• Cancellation of a booking (6+ hours’ notice) NO CHARGE
•  
• Cancellation of a booking (less than 6 hours’ notice) 50% of full booking charge*
•  
• Non-attendance for a booking (failure to cancel in advance) 100% of full booking charge*

*full booking charge refers to the session fee for gym/class bookings and the full court cost in the case of rackets bookings
 
NB. Premium members will be charged the standard members rates; Non-members are liable for visitors fees in addition to booking charges where applicable.
 
Failure to promptly settle any fees levied may lead to a temporary restriction of access to advanced/online booking and may result in a review of your membership status.
