We’re nearly there!

We’ll be re-opening many of our indoor activities on Saturday 25th July, in line with the Covid-19 Secure plans which we have already put in place, and have published here: Covid-19 Secure Measures

From 25th July, we’ll extend our opening hours to Weekdays: 8am – 10pm & Weekends: 8am – 6pm. All activities, including gym sessions must be booked in advance to comply with Government guidelines and to aide in us delivering a safe and welcoming environment for all users.

The first Gym session each day will be at 8.00am, Outdoor Tennis from 8.15am, Group Exercise classes from 8.30am, Small-group AstroTurf bookings from 8.45am, Badminton from 9.15am & Indoor Tennis from 9.30am, with gaps between sessions to allow for social distancing and regular cleaning. Through this first phase of re-opening, Sports bookings are all for singles play only, unless playing with your household.

We do not have Covid-19 secure guidelines for competitive Squash, so this remains unavailable initially, and we will not be opening changing facilities or the Health suite. Bar & catering facilities will also remain closed, although drinks will be available from vending machines/reception. Some toilets will be open and will be regularly cleaned throughout the day.

Pre-booking for all sessions is essential, and bookings for the opening weekend are available NOW. These can be made via RSL Mobile App or via Online Bookings HERE

An update on membership options will be provided early next week, including the flexibility to continue to freeze your membership if you are not yet ready to return (or if your preferred activities are not available in the first phase of re-opening indoors)

For those ready and raring to return, we hope that from 25th July we can begin to get back towards normal, and while the way the Centre operates has had to change in order to be Covid-19 Secure, we hope that our efforts will mean that those returning will find the experience both safe and welcoming.
