Our team of passionate coaches are on hand to advise you on exactly where best to get started. Looking for a new hobby and way to get fit ,while meeting new people? Our adult tennis programme is the perfect way to combine the two. Depending on your experience, you can start at Beginner level and work your way up to Improvers, Intermediate and one day, Advanced! Our social sessions are held daily, providing opportunities to mix with new, like minded people whenever you wish. You can even treat yourselves afterwards with a good conversation and coffee in our Bistro. Our popular ‘Ladies Lunch’ tennis event is held monthly, with a friendly focus on socialising, not just standards. So, what are you waiting for? At Redbridge all children, regardless of their ability or age, are invited to take part in a sport they can enjoy throughout their lives. With our comprehensive tennis programme, we provide all children with a great way to exercise, socialise and enjoy being active. From Tots Tennis, Junior Courses to Mini Tennis and then on to our Squad Programme, courses run on average for 10 weeks and our coaching team are here to guide you as to which lessons will best suit your child. For those who wish to pursue their competitive streak, we additionally offer Rating Tournaments and additional avenues to pursue through the County structure; the options are endless.

Redbridge has an exceptional competitive structure with teams for both Juniors and Adults in a variety of local and national competitions across the country.
As a fully accessible centre, wheelchair tennis coaching is available by arrangement. We also have 2 excellent sports wheelchairs which are available for use by any player.
BOOKING IS AS EASY AS ABC
The beauty of tennis at Redbridge is our flexibility. Membership isn’t required to play indoor tennis and anyone, whether a seasoned regular or a first time visitor, can book on the day. We do advise that should you wish to book in advance (strongly recommended during the busy winter months) that you take out an Advanced Booking Card. This means that you can book 1 hour at a time up to 10 days in advance, providing the ultimate flexibility to fit around your schedule. Plus, you won’t have to worry about the ever-changing English weather! All Life, Principal, Ultra, Easyplay and Executive members are entitled to book indoor tennis courts 10 days in advance. Off-peak members may book indoor tennis 10 days in advance during Off-Peak periods only.
