Looking for a new hobby and way to get fit ,while meeting new people? Our adult tennis programme is the perfect way to combine the two. Depending on your experience, you can start at Beginner level and work your way up to Improvers, Intermediate and one day, Advanced! Our social sessions are held daily, providing opportunities to mix with new, like minded people whenever you wish. At Redbridge all children, regardless of their ability or age, are invited to take part in a sport they can enjoy throughout their lives. With our comprehensive tennis programme, we provide all children with a great way to exercise, socialise and enjoy being active. From Tots Tennis, Junior Courses to Mini Tennis and then on to our Squad Programme, our courses and squads run on monthly cycles. Courses and squads run 50 weeks of the year with the exception of a 2 weeks break over the Christmas period, not including bank holidays, and our coaching team are here to guide you as to which lessons will best suit your child. For those who wish to pursue their competitive streak, we additionally offer Rating Tournaments and additional avenues to pursue through the County structure; the options are endless.


Redbridge is an accessible facility available to any individual with a desire our full range of racket sports and other facilities.


Redbridge has an exceptional competitive structure with teams for both Juniors and Adults in a variety of local and national competitions across the country.

The beauty of tennis at Redbridge is our flexibility. Membership isn't required to play indoor tennis and anyone, whether a seasoned regular or a first time visitor, can book on the day.
